bktheirregularAnyone ever have a line that was just begging to get into a fic, but you couldn't finish the fic, had to cut the line from the fic to make the whole thing work, or just never managed to find a proper circumstance for it?
Just curious. And in my current sleep-deprived state of mind, I'm offering up two examples:

"It would be so simple to lead this planet into a new renaissance, Crichton. All I'd have to do is issue three edicts and shoot twelve men."

Anyone else have any orphaned lines that feel too good to die?
