Introducing someone to Discworld...

Thought of getting my brother a Discworld book for Christmas, but there's so many of them that I don't know where to begin. Hoping for suggestions.

Perri's Dad Says:

'Maskerade' if he's ever seen 'Phantom of the Opera' and appreciated it.
Otherwise 'Guards, Guards' or 'Thief of Time'. What the hell they're all good, with the exception of the first two.
