Well ... the rant got cut off by the 120-character message limit, so it continued in the next post ... but thanks anyway. My issue was that they didn't seem to acknowledge that there might be people other than Christians in the audience...

Well, a Catholic wedding usually takes place in the course of a Mass. Consequently, technically, it's religious service first and a wedding ceremony second. *shrugs*
