Sorry I can't help you, dude. I know a little Catholic, but it's very rusty. If you needed a Protestant decoder, I could certainly help you there, but with Catholics, it's all saints and sacraments and I know not what.
Wedding ceremony seems to be 90% Catholic doctrine, and me with no decoder ring. And is it so hard to comprehend ... I must confess that I am rather ignorant of the differences, the several weddings I've attended in the last 5 years being Protestant... the last Catholic wedding I remember attending was in 1978, IIRC. I was 4, and I was definitely in a suit and tie, but I wasn't the ringbearer. :-P
Well ... the rant got cut off by the 120-character message limit, so it continued in the next post ... but thanks anyway. My issue was that they didn't seem to acknowledge that there might be people other than Christians in the audience...
Well, a Catholic wedding usually takes place in the course of a Mass. Consequently, technically, it's religious service first and a wedding ceremony second. *shrugs*
