Went to work today. Grabbed a sandwich from Carrefour on the off chance that the streets would be too hectic for me to go out to grab a bite to eat in the afternoon.

I didn't anticipate that the protests surrounding today's general strike would include fire bombs again.

Yeah, the hooligans are out in force again. News reporters are on strike, so nobody's sure what's going on, but if nobody's dead today, I suspect it's more due to luck than caution.

And we're kinda trapped here in the office, waiting for an all-clear to bug out and head for the hills.

Safe passage home to you. Everytime I see "Greece" in the headlines these days I check to see if it's "riots" and "Athens" and cross my fingers that you're safe.
