Glitchy

Having trouble reaching livejournal.com from home. Not having trouble from work, but it's refusing to connect from my apartment. (This is being posted via Dreamwidth, which is not having that problem.)

Anyone else seeing that glitch? (I doubt it; it could be regional in nature...)
