Tax related stress, and other

bktheirregularAs it turns out, in Greece, the due date for your taxes varies depending on your tax identification number. In my case ... that's tomorrow.
Now, as someone unfamiliar with the tax system, I was told by the firm's treasurer that she'd help me out with it, and to talk to her when I got back from New York. Except that my taxes include, in addition to income from my job, several property holdings that have been passed to me down through the generations, for which there's a separate tax filing which has to be done at the exact same time, which the treasurer can't help me with. Made more complicated by the fact that my Greek, while improving, is still at a rough stage - and legal forms seem to be written in an entirely different dialect from what the jerk on the street speaks. (When they're not written in just plain bad Greek, causing me no end of headaches at the office, by the way.)
One of those days when brain rot seems to be setting in, or something. That, or maybe it's a side effect of getting a heavy dose of "this has to be done now now now nownownownowNOWNOWNOWNOWNOW!" combined with a torrent of incomprehensible foreign gibberish.
