Twenty-nine degrees is not an appropriate setting for a climate-control system in an office, no matter what the temperature scale you're using.
Celsius: too darn hot (82 Fahrenheit).
Fahrenheit: way too damn cold (below freezing).
Kelvin: too cold cubed (two hundred forty below zero Celsius, or four hundred below Fahrenheit.
Twenty C is fine. Please make a note.
