Time out to gripe

I'm a tenth of the way through it, and already I've found a point where they gave two different definitions to the same word, in the Definitions section. In a dictionary, maybe that's okay, but in a legal document, that's just begging for trouble, and it indicates that I've got to look the damn thing over with a fine-toothed comb and a magnifying glass.
