Bullies

I was a target of bullies in school for about six years. To this day, I refuse to have anything to do with any school acquaintance from before eighth grade, when my folks pulled me out of that school and into a different school.

Childish of me? Read about this poor kid. You tell me.

I think that the only way to stop the bullies is to drill into their skulls that acting like that has adverse consequences. Which, if they've got a large enough support group, is flat-out impossible.

It actually informs my views of government, too - I see a government made up of people with the same attitudes, that they won't have to face the consequences of what they've done.
