Papers move slowly

So the local government office in the neighborhood (township?) of Filothei, where my mother was born and is registered, has my citizenship authorization papers, but can't do anything with 'em until they get an okay from the regional level office. Which appears to be shut down by the general strikes.

Meanwhile, I wait.
