bktheirregularOK, so before I can even fill out an application to take this job in Athens, I've got to already have a contract with the firm? A contract which, if the bureaucrats don't do their job, I can't fulfill?
Oh, and if by the way, if I don't have the right paperwork, someone else could swoop in and grab the application meant for me. Which would leave me straight out of luck.
