Obligations

bktheirregularFinished the bar course. The obligations which brought me back to New York are complete.
Sent off a letter to the Athens firm telling them that I'm ready to go back, and gorrammit, I can't just stay hanging out on a limb like this. (More diplomatic than that, but still emphatic, especially about the monetary outgo without corresponding income.)
Half my brain doesn't expect anything to happen at all; the other half is already composing an angry follow-up letterto demand that someone unleash hell on my behalf in the Ministry of Trade if there's no answer by Memorial Day.
