Dear Telephone Monopoly Dudes:
If you were going to need to see my passport and a copy of my rental contract before you began the installation of the phone line I've been waiting two months to get in place, why didn't someone tell me about that requirement, oh, let's say, BEFORE you arrived? Instead of asking to see them on the spot, and up and leaving when the person who was waiting for you didn't have them handy?
