So the OTE people were supposed to show sometime between 8am and 2pm to put in my phone line.

I waited.

And waited.

And waited.

Finally, at 3pm, I got fed up and had to walk out to get some air.

Shouldn't have gotten my hopes up. That seems to be the lesson: never trust that things will go right. Never count on people.

Never trust people.
