bktheirregularI've decided I need a motto. More specifically, I've decided I need to adopt "Don't get your hopes up" as my motto.
More specifically even than that, I've got to figure out where and when to apply that motto. As in, I can't seem to get my hopes up for situations where it's warranted, and I get my hopes up unrealistically in situations where I've just gotta be kidding myself.
*sigh*
Time to head back to the apartment, take off my tie, and cue up Kermit and Rowlf's duet from "The Muppet Movie".
