Big Boss: (leaning over shoulder, sharply) "What's the holdup here?"

Me: "...what?"

Big Boss: (even more sharply) "Why aren't you scanning?"

Me: muttering about having to catch breath before diving back into it

Big boss walks away.

Me: scan scan clear jam clear jam clear jam swear to god the next time he breathes fire down my neck I get busy with a brick and a ferret and two square feet of sandpaper and three pints of sulfuric acid scan claw staple scan clear jam scan copy
