Aboard Potter bandwagon

Went to the local Stop-and-Shop for veggies, lettuce, corn, tomatoes and the like, and picked up a copy of the latest Great Big Book while I was at it. (It was a third off the cover price, right up front next to the lemons.) Read it through while cooking dinner; will probably go back over it again once bar studies are complete, but at least I have some idea what people on my friends list are talking about...

Will someone please dial up some actual summer weather in the New York metropolitan area? I'm getting tired of breathing water. Living in a sponge is no fun. Living under a fifteen-mile-wide waterfall is even less fun.
