I want everyone who reads this to ask me 3 questions, no more, no less. Ask me anything you want. Then I want you to go to your journal, copy and paste this allowing your friends (including myself) to ask you anything.
#1 - My first fandom hangout was the Buffy Cross and Stake, where I initially just signed my postings "BK". Then I wondered what it would take to become one of the Cross and Stake regulars, realized I'd never make it, and at the same time, figured out that "BK" was a set of initials that could mean any number of things, that any number of people could take as their own. I started adding "the irregular" to my post signatures, and posted my first fanfic to fanfiction.net under that name, and it kinda stuck.
#2 - My toddler years were spent in New York City, my childhood in northeastern New Jersey.
#3 - My first guess would be Godthab, but I'd have to look it up. (ETA: Google says Nuuk.)
#1 -- Assuming that you speak a language other than English better than I do *g*, do you dream in it?
#2 -- Bam. You are the victim of a Horrible Curse, and must not stir more than three miles from one point on the globe of Earth, on Pain of Death. Graciously, the Curser allows you to pick what spot that is. Where is it?
#3 -- Do you believe in numbers/items/concepts that contain luck (a lucky coin, a lucky number, a lucky day)? If not, do you have one anyway, on the "it can't hurt" principle? *g*
1) I speak a little Greek, but have never dreamed in it.
2) I think I would pick Columbus Circle.
3) Not much of a believer in luck, and I can't think of any talismans of any kind I use these days. I used to pick a talisman of some sort from time to time, but then I'd misplace it. My luck wouldn't change.
1) Coke. Pepsi's a little too sweet. 2) Don't do either much. Burger King on rare occasions because there's one close by, though I make a point to occasionally patronize McDonald's because the heiress to the McDonald's fortune gave a hundred million to NPR. 3) Peanut butter. Fan of peanuts; not so much a fan of chocolate.
