There is such a thing as *too* much snow.

bktheirregularAt 12:30am, the folks came back and got wedged in a snowbank. Turns out that at the time, the kid brother was en route from DC, following what looked to be the trailing edge of the storm. He got in at 3, shoveled out enough to get his car in, and got the car wedged.
I woke up at 10 and grabbed a shovel to dig. No breakfast, no shower, no nothing. Moved ... oh, about ten feet by six feet by two feet. Hundred twenty cubic feet of snow. And that's not even half the job.
Resting now. Gotta keep digging. Gotta study.
Snow is cool to a degree. At these levels, it bites.
It's gonna be a hell of a day.
