Woke up this morning and the bug still hadn't let go. Throat stil sore, just not quite as sore as yesterday. Low-level aches and pains. Perhaps things were mitigated by remembering to take the Nyquil-esque cold medicine last night?

Today, time to go into the City to pick up two and a half tons of books for the New York bar course, beginning Wednesday. Looks like my trips into the City for the next month or two will be by bus and subway, since parking is three steps to the other side of in-SANE, meaning you've either got to be incredibly lucky to find a spot on the street that won't get your windows stove in, or you need to be a millionaire to find a spot in a parking lot.

But at least NYC has public transportation.

Would do the Shipper meme (from butterflykiki, honorh, taraljc, neonhummingbird, and others), except I don't know from nothing about ships. Boats, them I know. But ships?

Would Tyrol/Boomer count as a car-wreck ship?
