Beta appreciation day ... or is it too late already?

*sigh* Ninety percent or more of my work was done before I really had betas to work with. And I found people to beta my work just as the creative well ran dry.

But anyway, shout-outs to:

weirdweb, who managed to break a four-month logjam that was festering through some thoughts and critiques.

celli, who took on the task of betaing (is that even a word?) what might be the wackiest project that's crossed her sights. She didn't believe it when I first brought it up, but she really helped make it a reality.

butterflykiki, because life kicking one in the butt at inconvenient times is something I can totally understand.

yahtzee63, who gave my first attempt at Harry Potter fic the critical eye it really needed, which is the sort of thing a really good beta should do.

neonhummingbird, who realized that the summary tag line "Joe Friday meets Mary Sue" kinda gives the joke away.

And there may be more I've missed, who will no doubt line up to smack me upside the head with a halibut.
