I expressed disbelief that the featured teams included the Mets, but my brother set me straight: the other featured team was the Philadelphia Phillies. "They're in the wild card hunt," he said.
Or rather, that's what he meant to say. Instead, what came out of his mouth was: "They're in the wild hard--"
--at which point he yanked on his mouth's emergency brake.
