Alarm went off this morning and didn't even register. Struggled out of bed to study, marinate in the depression that comes with looking for work that's not there. Tried to take a little solace in sports this weekend, but the fates were not cooperating at all. Maybe I'll have to learn how to deal with falling for a team that is wearing fate's bullseye. Can't expect sympathy since Yankees have had a good run. But maybe there's a fan futility kit or something? < looking at Cubs fans, neonhummingbird in particular >
