Me: "Eh, even if I did, the problem is there's no way to get it past Piraeus with the truckers on strike."
Colleague 1: "Does this sort of garbage even happen in the United States? I've never heard anything about it."
Me: "Well, there was the big air traffic controllers' strike, but that was in '81, '82 or so ... thirty years ago now."
Colleague 2: "Yeah, that figures. We're thirty years behind the times."
