Getting ridiculous, by the way

bktheirregular1) Garbage hasn't been picked up from curbside dumpsters in two weeks now - the dumpsters are overflowed, and the piles of trash are now so big they're choking off sidewalks and making it difficult for cars to pass.
2) Fourth day in a row that the main thoroughfares have been blocked off by an anniversary protest. Had to run an errand to a post office, and a fifteen-minute trip took three-quarters of an hour.
3) Oh, yeah, that post office thing? Had to pick up a package that they wouldn't deliver to my address. Did they leave the thing for pickup at the post office two friggin' blocks from my home? No. They left it at the post office at the junction of Mesogeion and Alexandras, two subway stops away. How does that make sense?
