Virtual Independence Day Barbecue?

bktheirregularLessee. My folks are overseas, my brother's in Boston. And aside from that, just about everyone I know, I communicate with through LJ.
(Yeah, yeah, I know, I'm working on it.)
So ... who wants barbecue?
Bear in mind that I don't have a cole slaw tub that will survive being thrown to Maryland or DC, a hot dog won't make it to Chicago (with enough force behind the throw, it might make Cleveland), and even my childhood mad Frisbee skills aren't enough to get a burger out to Denver, never mind LA.
Speaking of which ... I better get to the stove if I want to eat tonight.
