Yankees-Red Sox update

I think I've tapped into part of my problem, actually. The last time the Yankees won it all was in the year 2000; I was in fairly good shape then. I was working, I was doing fairly well in law school. I was, in short, in much better shape emotionally back then than I have been in the past three years.
Tonight, I just flat out don't feel too good. Nervous wreck. The part-time job is a definite step in the right direction, but I keep wondering how that's going to fall through. And I've invested so much of myself in the political campaign that that's taken an awful lot out of me as well. That plus worry that this coming November 2, the results may end up doing incalculable harm to this country ... to say nothing of breaking up my family. (My brother's leaving the country if the President is re-elected. He's made no secret of that.)
I need something good to happen.
