Feh. No wonder Internet telephony's been for crap.

Just tested the bandwidth I'm getting out of the Starbucks wireless hotspot. Either direction, it's south of 200kbps, which probably explains why my efforts to call out via Skype have been pretty much a total loss. God, I can't wait to get a phone line in place so I can get a DSL connection up and running.

Supposed to rain tommorrow. Was thinking of going up to the Acropolis, but with that weather, maybe not. (Especially since the stairs are kind of slick from people walking up them for the past two and a half thousand years.)
