Energy state
Feb. 1st, 2006 11:08 amI think I've figured out why I'm so logy today. Part of the problem is that I snurched two bagels from a spread in Shoe Inc.'s lunchroom (food in the morning's been problematic this past week), and digesting them makes me slow in the brain. But, more importantly, the Coke machine is out of Coke. So no caffeine this morning. I cracked an audible yawn earlier, and some of the regulars here went looking for who it was; when I owned up to it, there was much merriment at my expense.
It's not like I've been irresponsible; I was in bed by eleven, asleep not long after midnight, for a 7am alarm bell. No wild partying, no drinking (though I did get contaminated by proxy by a political speech).
Just logy, and dragging, and doing a task requiring one hundred percent concentration and zero intellect.
Bleagh.
