Bar update
Jul. 5th, 2005 06:32 pmS minus 84.
Got the paperwork today to get myself into the New York bar - they're sending me up to Albany to get it taken care of.
Again.
Oh, and the swearing-in is at 9:00 in the morning.
Which means an overnight trip, because there's no way I'm getting up at six in the morning to make that drive.
In other news, it's possible for two people, even blood relatives, to have divergent enough personalities to start to really grate on one another after five or six weeks of sharing a house. Particularly when one of them is working an eight-to-five-plus-commute job and the other is hanging around the house all day.
Someday soon I want to plan a house-warming. Of course, I'd need something to warm first.
