Hope in one thing

Jon Stewart is still in business.

When he is led off in handcuffs, then it's time to go to war.

A bright side.

Went in to work, the temp job at the law office. One day's work this week, probably only one day next week.

Or not.

Got a surprise at the end of the day--

They want to hire me on full-time as a legal secretary. Not quite a lawyer's job, but halfway there, I figure. Halfway there.

Still bitter about Tuesday, with occasional detours into hyper-rage. But this does take off a lot of the edge.

Better than that. It gives me a little hope.
