Quick report

Managed to jack in at O'Hare. All is well.

Now if American Airlines will get their thumbs out of ... well, would they just frelling make up their minds which gate Flight 360 is supposed to depart from?!?!?

Wonderful trip to Chicago.

Good: Quick and easy flight to Chi-town.
Not so good: The SUV I got hung with by the rental agency.
Good: Meeting up with a bunch of cool people.
Not so good: Trying to park the SUV on the North Side.
Good: Great game at Wrigley.
Not so good: The blind spot on the SUV the size of a Leviathan (Moya, not Talyn).
Good: Dinner and a fun movie (though seeing the trailer for "White Chicks" TWICE caused hysterical blindness and deafness).
Not so good: Guilt trip over driving an SUV.
Good: The Lincoln Park zoo, followed by watching "Jake 2.0" and fannish squeeing, off screen and on.
Not so good: Having to refill the tank of the SUV at a buck ninety-five a gallon.
Good: An overall wonderful time in the Windy City.
Not so good: Dropping off the SUV and leaving all my frelling keys in the car!
