This can't be good.

I woke up in the morning and my shoulder hurt like someone had driven a nail into it. I took an Advil at ten and the pain spread down my arm almost to the elbow. I took another shortly before noon and the pain is now two-thirds of the way up my neck.

I know I'm not a teenager anymore, but this is just a tad on the ridiculous side.
