Abortion?:	Making it illegal is a bad idea. Making it unneccessary is difficult but worthwhile.
Death Penalty?:	Come back to me on that when you know how to bring someone back to life after he got executed for a crime he didn't commit.
Prostitution?:	Not in favor of it, but those who crusade against it do more harm than its practitioners.
Alcohol?:	Isopropyl is good for cuts. Methyl is good for fondue fuel. Strikes me that it's not good for drinking.
Marijuana?:	Should be regulated on a par with morphine.
Other drugs?:	Sparingly, and only with a doctor's prescription.
Gay marriage?:	If in some religions a man can have two wives, aren't those two wives technically married to each other? At any rate, there's bigger fish to fry.
Illegal immigrants?:	The Pilgrims weren't too far from being illegal immigrants, way back when.
Smoking?:	Bad news.
Drunk driving?:	Major bad news.
Cloning?:	I see it as a few steps beyond in vitro, but I want actual scientists to take a long hard look at it.
Racism?:	Just an easily identifiable prejudice. Everyone's got prejudices of one kind or another, and everyone must be cautious.
Premarital sex?:	No opinion pro or con, except to observe that it's how the human race got started, after all.
Religion?:	To each his/her own. Force a religion on another, and I declare you The Enemy.
The war in Iraq?:	Bad idea. Bad, bad idea.
Bush?:	I'd take Bush the Elder over Bush the Younger in a heartbeat. I fear Bush the Younger as I do not fear to die a coward.
Downloading music?:	I'm glad there's legal ways to do it.
The legal drinking age?:	Anyone who's been to college knows that "legal" is irrelevant in that case - but still, older is better as far as that's concerned.
Porn?:	Soul-sapping, but probably doesn't do even a small fraction of the harm it's blamed for.
Suicide?:	Coward's way out.
