Not too much to report this morning. Finished my first assignment for the Sunnydale Slayers (yay me, I think), actually - miracle of miracles - was in bed not long past midnight, and woke up in plenty of time to get to work. I've been at the job a week and I haven't been late yet. Good sign. Of course, at work I feel like I'm moving like a turtle on Valium, but the supervisor seems happy with my progress. Must be a perspective thing. Probably also ties in to my no-coffee thing. Cracked a can of Coke about quarter past ten, but before that, no caffeine.
Brother's friend called Monday night, left a message saying this was apparently "Turn Off Your TV Week". I'm down with it, since I hardly turn the TV on these days, and if the computer doesn't count, I can hack it for a week, I think. Brother's making an exception for Yankee games.
Resumes should be coming today from placement group; all I have to do is get about three hundred stamps and mail them out. Hopefully three hundred resumes will get at least three interviews.
Hopefully.
Back to work; need to make money to pay for replacing the video card in my desktop computer. That machine needs a new name; Frankintel doesn't apply any more, since there's no Intel chip in it any more. Thinking Moloch might be appropriate, after two severe failures in seven days.
Close entry.
