Quiet time

Not much to report today.

Fic is all about false starts. Headhunters got my revised resume back, will do their thing, hopefully lead to an interview.

Ah well. Gonna see where Angel goes ... so far, looks wig-some...

OK, mega-wiggy.

Please, please, please tell me that Angel's Big Bad isn't Saint Mary Sue the Evangelist...?

More later. Close entry.

oops, check your cut-tag. You're missing the " on the end and it's confusing the HTML. :)

Yes, that would be St. Mary (Sue). Curses on Joss Whedon for making Gina Torres boring - I didn't know that was even possible. I wanted to pinch her.

Hunh. Interesting.

I wasn't bored, I was creeped and amused. And cheering the return of SlightlyPsychoFred, who is ever so much more interesting than NormalFred.

But YMMV, obviously.

I'm with Kiki (and was virtually with her at the time) -- as often as I was forced to mute Gina Torres, as the episode went on, the little edges started to show and it was totally fascinating. And way creepsome. And had to love the shocker of suddenly seeing her 'real' face.

I think one of my problems was that the episode teasers gave nearly everything away. Pretty much the only thing they left out was how Fred found out.

So when I should have been getting surprised, I was thinking, "Uh huh, knew that already."

On the plus side, Gina was gorgeous. And Fred's outfit reminded me of Sydney Bristow's Russian cowgirl getup, which was sort of fun.
