Knew I should have used the LJ memories or set a bookmark way back when. Can't seem to find this fic that's been bugging me.

All I remember is that the TARDIS lands in New York City, with the Doctor and Rose, and it is slowly revealed that they've arrived on the morning of September 11, 2001.

Anyone remember that fic, and/or have a link?
