Overnight delivery in the Uncharted Territories must be hell.

One thing that popped out from last week's Farscape:

"Uh, Mister Braca? The brass mivonks you ordered last year are here. Sorry about the delay; we were backordered. If you'll sign here?"

*sigh*

I read somewhere, when the furor over Sci-Fi's ritual frelling of the fans first ignited, that they were planning to have a major Braca episode in Season Five. The way Scorpius got one a coupla years ago, I think.

Just one more thing to be totally cheesed off about.

Close entry.

Ack. *mourn*

I am so far into denial about this that it isn't even funny. I was trying to pretend that we would go on getting eps forever, until the "last episode" commercials started airing.

*weep* siiiiigh

And yes, it *blows* that Braca, who went from John's punch-target and Crais's whipping boy to a much more complex guy, is not going to get an ep of his very own.

Didja hear that the guy ultimately at the top of SciFi, responsible for the cancellation, just retired?

Irony. *snarl*

< sigh > With you on all of it, Bruce...

Well, frell. After all the dren he's gone through, he so earned it.

I have to confess that, as much as the last few eps have drawn me back in, I'm still shamefully indifferent to the impending end o' the line. I was pretty much already mourning the show by the time it was cancelled, so I guess it was just too little, too late.

That, I suppose, and after Witchblade and Firefly within the last year, my quota of emotional reaction to having my beloved imaginary people yanked away from me may simply have been reached.

But still, a *grump* in solidarity with my more actively grieving buds.
