(no subject)

As I write, the draft of the last piece of "The Scarab" is winging its way through the Internet, destined for beta, and hopefully to be posted soon.

It's no longer a "work in progress."

*blink*

Holy maraca.

Close entry.

Whee! Congratulations! God, that's a beautiful feeling, isn't it?

Oh yeah. I did the math, and that thing tops out at fifty thousand words. Took me half a year to plot out into something that half made sense, and a full year to write it.

Wow. I'm *very* much looking forward to reading it.

God, it feels good to be done.

I hear you. I plan on throwing a party when I finish my latest epic work of fic. Okay, a mild party, or maybe just will go out to dinner to celebrate. *g* At least we get to have a virtual party for you, right?

Whoo-hoo! Congrats! Doesn't it feel good to be able to say that?

Um... so does that mean you'd have a sec to look over Part 18 of "Sharp Edges" for me? My Witchblade beta has vanished off the face of the earth, it seems...

Oooh, Witchblade! Do you have any finished fic posted anywhere?

All right. Thanks! Check your e-mail.

Whee!

There is no feeling in the world better than that of finishing fic. I don't actually like writing at all... but god, I love having written. < g > Way to go!

I'm with Tina -- we get to read when?!?!?
