Change comes slow, in fits and starts, not always for the better, but it does come.

Consider the following:

There's a fair-to-good chance that this time next year, a woman may be third in line of succession for the office of President of the United States.

Makes one think, no?

My high school politics teacher must be excited - I had her with Geraldine Ferraro running, and said teacher's first name is Geraldine. She was quite bouncy and cute about that.
