HELP!
Just got an error on my laptop --
Windows File Protection
Files that are required for Windows to run properly have been replaced by unrecognized versions. To maintain system stability, Windows must restore the original versions of these files.

And what if I don't have it handy right at this moment? Hello, laptop? I don't have the habit of carting around my entire frelling software library with me whenever I'm bringing the laptop to the office!
Grr. Arrgh. Need to smite someone/something. Any volunteers to assist? Smiting may be more effective if it's done from multiple directions; if someone gets smote from NYC, LA, Chicago, Denver, Sioux Falls, Toronto, London, Belfast, and so on and so forth, it may not be as traceable to one smiter...
