I got one piece of mail today: it didn't have any advertising-like stuff on the outside of the envelope, but when I opened it up, it turned out that Time Magazine was offering me a subscription.

And a senior-citizen discount.

And yesterday, I got a notice from Social Security about whatever benefits I might have accrued. Rather depressing, really, the income level they mentioned for me.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go on line and start shopping for hearing aids...
