Took a note from the flist to make me realize that the riots had actually happened. I went out and about for lunch, and there were cops every-frakking-where, anticipating trouble, but I guess it hadn't erupted yet.

I'm OK. No troubles in Embassy Row and points northeast of Parliament, anyway.

Can't hear any chanting now. Thought I heard some last night ... well, we'll see what downtown looks like tomorrow.
