Almost forgot to mention
Slipped my mind, actually - I'm taking a week of vacation to head back to New York. Two or three things I want to do, including visiting family and seeing a baseball game.
The baseball game thing is actually rather important to me. It's my last chance to see a game at Yankee Stadium.
Not that I disapprove of the new stadium - I've gotten into arguments about it with family members, but my opinion is that if a stadium has to be closed due to support beams falling out of the upper decks and smashing into the field-level seats, it's time to seriously consider a new place.
But still - I don't want to have to retroactively declare a game I went to a couple of years ago as "the last time I saw a game in the old Stadium".
