From the Department of It Could Be Worse
Woke up this morning with a head that felt like someone was driving rivets into it. Most people would call that the price to pay for a very enjoyable weekend; I added up all my time this weekend and couldn't come up with anything that made me deserve this.
Unfortunately, the last five hours or so were from half-past-eleven last night to four-thirty this morning, with no sign of sleep, so there you go.
*groan*
Dammit, one should not have to face such a headache without having been roaring drunk in advance.
Ah, well. Bagel. Advil. Then work.
Which is the bright side; I could have woken up with a splitting headache after two hours of sleep and not had work to go to.
(Which may well be the case in a couple more weeks, but that's another story.)
