Update. Again.
Severe hacking cough in the office caused a cubicle-mate to cast a hex sign or something over me. General Counsel heard I was sick and advised me to back away ... until I hit the Hudson River.
Let's just say I got the hint.
Appointment in the city tonight, but other than that, not planning much. Brain's not up to writing, though little bits of Future Fic That Ate My Brain are starting to fall into place.
Still annoyed that I was dumb enough earlier today to cross swords with ... doesn't feel fair to say "zealots", but I can't think of a better word at the moment. I suppose I could blame the DayQuil.
Have been totally remiss in staying in contact with people. Calls should have been placed to other states. Something to consider for upcoming weekend.
Need a vacation. Only problem is, if I go on vacation, chances are no more than 50/50 that I'd have a job to come home to.
