There comes a point when you get the sense that the Powers that Be don't exactly have you on their favorite-person list.

There was the shelf collapse yesterday, which the associates are never going to let me live down.

And this morning, I'm parched - I grab a small bottle of seltzer from the kitchen, crack it open - and the thing releases its over-pressure all over the PC keybaord and narrowly misses a series of important legal documents and a borrowed Lawyer's Diary, not to mention getting me all wet.
